Paw CBD ships all orders through FedEx, anywhere in the United States. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM ET) Monday – Friday.     Paw CBD offers free 2 to 3 day shipping, through FedEx, for all domestic orders – excluding U.S. territories.

    Paw CBD can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes; however, we can ship your order to your nearest FedEx Pick-Up location.

  3. Can Paw CBD ship outside of the United States?

    Paw CBD can ship to all U.S. territories using FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are free for all orders. We do not ship internationally as of yet.

  4. Can Paw CBD ship to military bases?

    Paw CBD can ship to APO/FPO bases using FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are free for all orders.

  5. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

    Please contact our customer service at 1-800-973-3984 to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If it’s already shipped, we recommend using FedEx Delivery Manager to change the shipping address and re-route your order.

  6. How can I track my order?

    Your order confirmation will include a serial order number; you can use this number to track your order through FedEx Tracking.

  7. Will my order ship on the weekend?

    FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.

  8. How soon can Paw CBD ship my order?

    Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.

  9. What if I don’t receive my order?

    Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at 1-800-973-3984 to start a FedEx trace.
